The Stun Gun is a ranged weapon found in Sons of the Forest.
It is located in the Rebreather/Taser Cave on the north side of the island, and can be found on the belt of a dead maintenance worker hanging from the ceiling in a mutant larder. The Leather Jacket is close by. In-game, the Stun Gun is labelled as the all new, "4SY" model, as seen on the magazine, found next to the rebreather.

The Stun Gun model appears to be based on the real-world TASER X26 and has a black-tipped yellow plastic body.
Use[]
This weapon requires ammo and only works at close range. When a cannibal is successfully stunned, it will stop moving and fall on the ground, open to attacks. Mutants hit by the stun gun display their own stunned animation. Enemies remained stunned for around 5-8 seconds, during which they are prone and vulnerable. The Stun Gun must be reloaded after each use, even if it doesn't hit anything. It requires Stun Gun cartridges, which can be found in crates just like other ammo types, and a select few static spawns.
