You will need the Shovel to have access. The bunker's GPS position can also be found on a laptop in a section of the Shovel Cave guarded by 2 Fingers and 2 Legsy.
There is a 3D printer, the Firefighter Axe and the Laser sight and Pistol rail attachments as well as the Tuxedo outfit can be found here. The Maintenance Keycard is also found here. In addition, a laptop contains the GPS location of the Food and Dining Bunker. A handful of Mutant Babies occupy the maintenance/residence section of the bunker.
