The Electric Chainsaw is a tool found in Sons of the Forest in the guest bunker marked on your GPS by a green circle. It is beyond a locked set of double doors at the far end of an illuminated hallway past a 3D Printer that requires the Maintenance Keycard.
The cinema where the Electric Chainsaw is located is not far from the bar where the guitar can be found. Both items are beyond the gym that contains the track suit.
It is powered by batteries, but because these batteries are also a crafting material for the Tech Armor, using it as a weapon or for clear-cutting large swaths of land may be expensive.
