Consumables are essential for survival as they maintain the players health and stamina. They can be found all around the island floor, in caves and bunkers, in cases and wooden cases, and on the corpses of enemies and wildlife. The player can hold a certain amount of each consumable in their inventory but they will not disappear until consumed. However, certain consumables may change their state after a some time has passed since being interacted with and others will negatively affect certain stats when consumed.
